The Antigua and Barbuda Youth Business Trust (ABYBT) is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing youth entrepreneurship as a national development strategy.


Our mission is to empower young people with the knowledge, skills, and resources to transform their ideas into sustainable enterprises that create jobs, strengthen communities, and stimulate economic growth.

The ABYBT provides training, mentorship, business incubation, and access to trade and funding opportunities in fulfillment of its mandate to help young people build viable and competitive enterprises across Antigua and Barbuda.

Sponsor a Youth Entrepreneur

Every young entrepreneur deserves the chance to turn vision into value.
Your sponsorship provides aspiring founders with access to four months of intensive entrepreneurship training, mentorship, and business incubation through the ABYBT Entrepreneurship Program.

 

As a Sponsor, You Can

  • Fully or partially sponsor a youth participant’s tuition and development cost.

  • Contribute to a scholarship fund that ensures inclusivity for underserved and high-potential youth.

  • Receive regular updates on the progress and milestones of the entrepreneur(s) you support.

  • Be recognized as an official ABYBT Partner on our website, publications, and events

Partner as a Tutor / Facilitator

Knowledge shared is progress multiplied.
 

We welcome experienced trainers, educators, and industry experts to join our capacity-building team as Tutors or Guest Facilitators for specialized skill programs and sessions in entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, innovation, leadership, and personal development.

Partner as a Mentor

Mentorship is the heartbeat of youth entrepreneurship success.
As a mentor, you’ll provide guidance, share experience, and open networks that help young founders navigate challenges and scale their businesses with confidence.

Mentor Role Highlights

  • Commitment: minimum of 1–2 hours fortnightly.

  • Support mentees in goal setting, decision-making, and strategic growth.

  • Participate in ABYBT Mentor Orientation and Feedback Forums.

  • Connect with other business leaders in our growing mentor community.

Ideal Mentors: Business professionals, entrepreneurs, executives, or skilled practitioners who are passionate about youth development and enterprise growth.

Partner as a Donor or Supporter

Every contribution makes a difference, whether financial, material, or service-based. Your donation will help us expand training resources, develop innovation labs, and sustain programs that inspire entrepreneurship and job creation among Antigua and Barbuda’s youth.

Ways to Give

  • One-time or recurring financial donations

  • Equipment, software, or business resource contributions
