6. Media Consent

Participants may be asked to consent to:

  • Photography

  • Video recording

  • Interviews

  • Testimonials
    for use in ABYBT promotional materials, reports, digital communications, and events.
     

  • Media use will only occur with the participant’s explicit consent.

7. Program Conduct

Participants agree to:

  • Follow ABYBT’s Code of Conduct

  • Attend required sessions

  • Engage respectfully with mentors, trainers, and peers

  • Maintain professional behaviour throughout programs

Failure to comply may result in program removal.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ABYBT programs and resources are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:

  • Business success

  • Funding approval

  • Investor support

  • Business continuity outcomes

 

ABYBT provides guidance and support, but outcomes depend on participant effort and external factors.

9. Limitation of Liability

ABYBT shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Business interruptions

  • Damages arising from program participation

  • Third-party actions or decisions

 

Participants engage in ABYBT programs at their own discretion and responsibility.

10. External Links

Our website may link to third-party resources. ABYBT is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services.

11. Termination of Access

ABYBT reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access or program participation for violations of these terms or misuse of ABYBT resources.
